Why we raised
Depression affects roughly 280 million people worldwide, and close to a third of patients don't respond adequately to existing treatments. Closing that gap takes more than software — it takes rigorous clinical validation, regulatory work, and a product people actually want to use every day.
We raised to fund exactly that: expanding clinical trials of Meliora, building toward regulatory clearance, and growing a cross-disciplinary team across neuroscience, psychology and game development. The backing of Techstars and our syndicate lets us move with the patience that clinical credibility demands and the speed a healthtech market rewards.
