CEO & Co-Founder
Leads strategy, fundraising and the path from research to a regulated product.
A cross-disciplinary team that uniquely combines neuroscience, clinical psychology and game development — the three fields a precision digital therapeutic for depression demands.
Why this mix
Most depression treatments come from a single discipline. Meliora can't. Treating the cognitive roots of depression through a video game means clinical rigor and engaging design have to live in the same room — so our founding team spans neuroscience, psychology and game development, and we hire for that intersection rather than against it.

How we work
We hold two standards at once: clinical credibility and craft. Evidence comes before claims, and a treatment is only as good as a patient's willingness to return to it — so we measure both symptom outcomes and engagement, and we let neither slide.
We're a small, senior, cross-functional team. People here move between disciplines, take ownership end to end, and care more about helping patients than about being right. If that sounds like you, we're hiring.
We're growing our cross-disciplinary team across engineering, clinical, design and operations.
